The Washington Chapter extends a welcome to you and encourages you to contact us regarding membership in the International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP). We welcome any person who is interested in the field of Workforce Development as a member.
Established in 1943The Washington State Chapter of the International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP) was chartered in 1943 and enjoys a rich tradition and history of contributions to workforce excellence in our State. We are a professional association of members who work in public and private workforce development programs.
IAWP members form an integral part of the success of the workforce development system. We are a non-profit educational association dedicated to workforce professionals with a tradition and history of contributions to workforce excellence. Several of our members have received IAWP awards and have been elected to the International Hall of Fame. |
Our GoalProfessional growth and development is a priority. We are dedicated to providing members with quality educational content to enhance competence and proficiency and increase knowledge. Members receive the tools and resources needed to effectively contribute to their work through local, state, regional, and international educational conferences, workshops, and institutes.
